Reservation Requirements:

La Maison Hotel accepts reservation information on-line, by email or phone.  Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Policies:

Check-In and Check-out  Our regular check-in time is 2-5pm.  If you plan on arrving early just give us a call in advance and we will try our best to have your room ready.  Please advise us in advance for arrivals after 5pm.  Our check out time is 11am.

Room Occupancy  Our guest rooms accomodate a maximum of two people.  We have one king guest room that can accommodate an additional adult for an extra charge.

Children  Children 16 and older are welcome.  Children must be supervised at all times in consideration of the Hotel and other guests.

Pets  The Hotel is not set up to accomodate guest pets.

Smoking  La Maison Hotel is a non-smoking property.  Our priority is to keep our rooms fresh and the grounds litter free.  Guests who smoke in the rooms will be assessed a $150.00 minimum charge to their credit cards.  We thank you for only smoking outside of our gated property.

Cancellations  Reservations must be cancelled 10 days or more prior to arrival date unless otherwise stated.  For cancellations that occur within 10 days of your arrival date, will receive a refund (only if we can re-book the entire reservation) but there will still be a $25.00 processing fee per room.

Special Event Weekends:  Reservations must be paid 100% at time of booking.  These reservations are non-refundable.
